MoxiEngage Tips

1. You can't receive broker leads without activating your MoxiEngage Account
2. You must have a gmail or g-suite email address to activate your account (Your crowerealtyga.com email is a G-Suite account)
3. Export your contacts from your other email accounts, Business Builder, Zap, etc, clean them up and Import them into your gmail/g-suite contacts. MoxiEngage has a CSV template that you can use to do this.
4. Once you have activated your account and synced your email you should set a GCI goal. This is the money that comes into the company BEFORE fees and your split. Once you have set your goals then you need to categorize your contacts. Use the categorize wizard to help you do this quickly
5. Once you have categorized your contacts then put them in groups. If you want to send an email to multiple people then they need to be in a group - it is suggested that you group buyers by the year that they purchased so that you can communicate with them effectively. (see attached) You can also export groups to labels - this helps with your holiday cards! MoxiEngage limits the number of people that you can send a mass email to, so I recommend having groups of 500 or less, so you can send out bulk emails by a couple of groups at a time.
6. Put the MoxiLeads phone number in your phone - 903-294-4442 . You can change your notifications to get a phone call or a text message or both. Contact me with your preference so I can update those settings for you.
7. Check your MoxiEngage Settings - click on the gear symbol to the right of "Find People". Click on each tab on the left and turn on notifications as you want.
8. Set up clients on Neighborhood News. There are several ways to do this. You can either do them individually or by group. You need an email address and zip code. I have a 66% open rate on my Neighborhood News. This is really high for email marketing. (see attached)
9. Set your SOI (Sphere of Influence) up on a campaign (see attached)
10. Use the Neighborhood News sign up link in your Social Media posts - under "Engage Settings" click on "Neighborhood News" and click "create link"
11. Before you lose access to ZAP  on December 31st, go in and filter by who has logged in over the last 6 months. Make sure those contacts are in your MoxiEngage account
12. Removing a contact in Moxi DOES NOT remove them from your gmail contact list. You have to actually add contacts to your gmail account to sync to Engage. They do not sync if they are just "frequently contacted" in gmail.
13. Removing a contact DOES remove all subscriptions and campaigns
14. Once you close a contact then they move to "marketing" so that you can stay in touch
15. Login Daily to MoxiEngage - you can access it by going to https://engage.century21.com/agent/dashboard
16. You will have 5 people each day to get in touch with. Contact those 5 people - set up on campaign, neighborhood news, call & log the call, send them an email. Do SOMETHING every day to stay in touch.
17. Text the Neighborhood News Link to your SOI - This is a GREAT way to make contact with your sphere. Text a couple of people a day and offer them a market update in their area. You WILL see results!
IF YOU ONLY ADD YOUR CONTACTS & SET THEM UP WITH NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS THEN YOU WILL SEE BUSINESS FROM YOUR SOI - it may take time, but keep at it!
